Set in 200 acres of pristine Victorian parkland and characterised by the battlements and bastions of authentic Welsh castles, Bodelwyddan Castle is a magnificent Victorian folly that speaks of the luxury and opulence of a bygone era.
Listed by English Heritage as nationally important and of special interest, the lovely old folly is an intriguing combination of Gothic, Greek Revival and Jacobean architecture. Although the public areas have retained a dated splendour, the rooms, which range from Standard and Signature to Royale, are classic contemporary and feature all the mod-cons necessary for a comfortable and pleasurable country break.
